Return Process

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully disassemble your equipment if necessary and secure it in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included.

  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  Depending on the item size, you can either drop off the parcel at an authorized point or we can schedule a professional courier collection for larger fitness machines.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
